I have lost all my gold bars, over 400 of them. Nothing has changed, no new devices.

I just passed a level and realized all of my bars are gone. I have not changed any devices, nothing is new but over 400 bars are gone.

Hmm. Is your app connected to the internet? Gold bars are usually saved to your King account.

Yes, they just disappeared. I'm asking to have them put back but can't get any help, just automated emails that infer I changed devices, which I did not. Very frustrating.
