@QueenB Look at everyone's scores who've played level 11000. Without exception, all those scores break CCS's silent "rule": a score ending in a 0-digit.
The only time that was possible was when the long-defunct Master Trophy feature provided a % score boost.
Since score boosts are no longer a thing, I can only guess there's something faulty with the coding of the scoring mechanism for that level that might be the source of what's affecting the scoring mechanism of all the earlier levels.
It's going on 2 weeks (3?) now, and the issue is not resolved. The only good news is I'm getting ample time to catch up on my shows. Tell King they need to work harder at resolving this issue (if they're even doing anything about it at all...).
Please keep in mind this is ONLY related to Contest and not Support Question. So please ask on Candy Crush Support Community (Correct Area). Thanks!

I am unable to play this level, it says I need to collect yellow candies and even before I can play I get the no moves available, unable to complete message. How do I get past it? I have posted problem in support but have not gotten a response.
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
