Often see banner say Error something went wring. Any idea what ?

You should be able to fix this by clearing your computer's cache. The badge / banner updates automatically, sometimes it may take longer. Try to pass a few levels and then try to pass level 7000 again.

May is key word King has no intention of correcting this issue.

This usually happens when there is a slow connection. Try clearing your device's cache and after restarting it, this should fix the problem.

Tess 92 ~ Perhaps It doesn't happen often so not actually a problem. I was just curious when it does appear what " something went wrong " LOL gonna try to catch a screen print & add it to this discussion. Unfortunately it disappears quickly😎

Also, although got badge for 7,000 my banner still on 6,000 🤔

Tess92 : Ok shame have to go back & do 7,000 again But I have learned King is full of annoying glitches now & then. THANKS for your suggestion. It is first time the thing has not updated automatically

For the 2nd time ~ It is not me it's King Hope they can get it right for 8,000 If not I'll just have to post to them instead of this community.....

- I get the badge but no longer get banner on profile pic. King says this is why : Welcome to King Player Support, my name is Carlos and I'm here to assist you with Candy Crush Saga.
- I understand that you are not yet seeing your Milestone Banner despite reaching level 8031 but worry not, as I will be more than happy to explain why this is happening.
- In order to receive the Milestone Banner for your profile picture, you will need to complete all 10 levels of the "Milestone Challenge" that you may have or have had in the events tab after reaching level 8000.
- Please note that this is a time-limited event in which you will have to complete all 10 levels within the given period of time to earn the banner. After one week, the event will disappear and if you didn't manage to complete the entire event you will have to wait for the next milestone level to be able to get the event again.
- Since this is a time-limited event, it is possible that you no longer see this challenge. If that is the case, as much as we would love to add it back into your game, I'm afraid that is not technically possible.

- Helpful. But still makes no sense why we can't get a milestone banner. I did pass the challenge months ago, but still no banner.
