    Yes, I have a King account and I'm at level 12711. I play on my phone and tablet and they're both the same. Also checked an old tablet I only use for books and it's also the same. It's very frustrating. I think it may have something to do with the new format.

    Why is it that there are no answers on this site. No one to help. It sends you to an automated website with no answers. It been a week and zero answers.

    I’m afraid to log in on another device. What I’ve been reading on here is they are sent back to level 1. I h as vent played since everything was lost. I won the race and didn’t receive my 45 gold bars either.

    They rob us out of all of our free lives everyday so if you know Candy Crush isn't going to give you your Gold Bars back. They are nothing now but about the MONEY!
