We use 2 accounts on our Windows 10 computer - We DO NOT use facebook and I have checked Facebook and there are no links to Candy Crush Saga.
When my wife logs in using sgbris@ account it all works fine she is called Sandra on Level 3302. When I log her out and me in to jgbris@ account it reconnects to her account again even though it is a different email, username and password. My nickname is Sandy(ongoing joke) level 3340. I cannot access my account through the app or the website. I am logged into the website now, but cannot get to the game. My daughter had me as a friend in her game and that has been removed too?
Any ideas how to recover my account - not keen to redo 3300 levels. I contacted Candy Crush (King) and they only said to update PC, game, check login and remove game from facebook. They made a big deal about facebook, but as I said we do not use it. I have an account, but it is not linked or logged in on this computer.
