Level 3
I reached the bronze vault this morning at 10am and received a colour bomb reward, then another screen message appeared telling me I had passed 3/9 levels towards reaching the silver vault. This was at level 11275, and I am now on level 11285, so why haven't I reached the silver vault? Every time there is a new Vault event it disappears after I reach bronze even though I have passed enough levels to reach gold before the event is officially over.
Did you get this screen at the start of the event?
What about last time - did you reach the leaderboard stage, even though you couldn't get to the silver or golden vault?
I guess she doesn't have a solution for you, so she pointed you to the thread where you could report the problem.
What troubleshooting have you tried so far anyway? Relogging into your account, restarting the game, doing an older level, contacting Support? I wouldn't advise you to delete cache and stuff, as I don't want to be the reason for your loss of boosters if applicable.
I play on a laptop using Microsoft Edge browser which is updated daily. I play on Facebook only, not the Win 10 app, and I have tried all the usual troubleshooting that you have suggested. I reached the bronze leaderboard screen, then continued to pass levels towards the silver vault which is when the event disappeared. I am now on level 11311 and it has not returned today.
