I never could get mine to work 4000 or 5000. So disappointing. It shouldn't be this difficult. I tried everything suggested through site and contacted c.s. and their suggestions didn't work either. If u get yours to work please share
I managed to get my 4000 badge after going back and redoing some levels, but my 5000 badge just won't work.

My banner still says 3000 and I have tried every suggestion I could find on here and done them all many times in multiple different orders and it still says 3000. So, I logged in to my Windows version of CC and that didn't work but it did manage to delete all the boosters I have been saving over the years on my mobile version and I had over 100 color Bombs, over 50 of every other booster except for that crazy powerful Party booster which I believe I had 8 or 9 of. Please help me. It took me years to collect all of those boosters. Thank you!

I’d actually be surprised if it’s not for Android too. I would click on ‘Contact Us’ below and let Player Support know what platforms you use and that you don’t have that option and see what they say.
Apparently that is only on apple products. I have it on my phone and windows on my desk top but only get 'hints' on both of those....my phone and tablet are both android. Thx for the suggestion
Not sure if I am doing this right, looking for my 5000 badge!
I have that same thing on my iPhone, but on my iPad I have the milestone badge option. You might check if you play on more than one platform. My only other advice is to clear your cache and turn your platform off for a few minutes. Then turn it back on and play a level and then check your settings. This sometimes works when players don’t see an event that is going on.

My settings only have 2 options to turn on and off : 'hints' and 'challenge a friend'. No 'milestone' option. I do have the latest version.
Hello @rgsking - are you talking about the banner for your avatar? You need to make sure you have under Settings (the pink cog wheel) and then in features, the milestone badge selected. 😊
