Try to pass a few more levels and then repeat level 5000. Usually the badge / banner appears automatically in the game, but sometimes it may take longer.

I'm on 11,530 and I still only have a level 8000 badge, don't hold your breath.

You can also try signing out and back into your account within the app

I'd say it's nice to remove the Milestone Challenge from the game, but for loads of people the Milestone Badge-feature also disappeared from the settings-menu. A bit clumsy, don't you think?

My 10000 level badge is not added. I’m now at level 10056 and nothing ??? What’s up with that???

Hi, I tried every advice here and nothing works to get my 5000 level banner badge. And no, you don't get it automatically. I don't have it in my Features options either ???!? What's going on here? Hundreds of people are asking you for help here, regarding their badge banners problems, for months, and all Im reading in comments reply is "never give up"?! That is just ridicilous!
