Candy Cup Winner With no prizes?

Hey fellow crushers,

I won the Candy Crush Cup, I was originally receiving my daily prizes, but it has now been about a week and I am no longer getting them. Can anyone help? I emailed support but they sent me here to sift through posts 😐.

You shouldn't accept their initial response, as it's often a canned reply with general information.

Anyway, how many Party Boosters did you get overall? If first booster was given on 11th October, last one should've become available on 9th November. You should've received them all by then.

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

Thanks for your response, woah, talk about noob amateur hour! I thought I got rewards for a year, man that was a lot of crushing for not alot of rewards!

That would definitely explain why I stopped getting rewards.
