Why can't I see my boosters?

Hi there, before starting a level, if the circles are empty like in your screenshot, that means that boosters are intentionally disabled for that level. There are a number of levels like this throughout the game, although not very many.
By the way, it would be awesome if you could accept my answer, it will help me reach my goal. Cheers!!

Hello @Maritssa0627 it is unfortunate that you purchased a bundle just before this type of level. As you can see below there are quite a few levels that do not allow the use of boosters at the start. This isn't an error in your game and the boosters have been removed by King on purpose. They will return on the next level you play, or sometimes the one after that.
As you aren't allowed to preview a level before you play it there is no way for you to know when a level that doesn't allow boosters is going to happen.
Because of this you might like to contact Player Support explaining what happened and they may give you a refund or some boosters because you couldn't use what you had purchased.
