when I logged on to Facebook on the game I lost my progress I was on level 1200+, it started me back on level 1

I lost my progress becouse of a bug of the game and I didn't save my level earlier.
On the same problem, when I logged on to Facebook on the game I lost my progress I was on level 1500+, it started me back on level 1
I have a similar problem please help me out. I lost all my progress when I tried to sync with Facebook. Later when I tried to login to my King account it says no account found on this email. Please help.

If you check your game, your progress has now been restored.
Our games do not fully support the transfer of progress via iCloud.
I can restore your game but you will need to create a Kingdom account.
Open the app and in the bottom left corner tap the settings button. Tap the orange symbol and set up your account.
Let me know the email address that you use and also the level you were playing.
