Why do I need to sign in every day

Seems like I get tons of emails and ever day I need to keep signing in…. Ugh
i have it checked to keep me signed in!

You can stop the emails by changing your Notification preferences @catluvmatt
Click on the bell-shaped symbol at the top of your screen. You might have to click on your Avatar first.
Once you have clicked on the bell you will see something similar to what you can see below
Click on the 'sliding switches' icon that you can see and you will then be able to select which emails you want/don't want.
The only time I get asked to sign in is when I delete my browsing history. Clicking 'keep me signed in' does not work if you select delete 'cookies and site data'
Please make sure there isn't something on your device that is automatically deleting your data and site preferences.

I find very strange for that every hours must I to log in on this website. He did automatic log out for every hours ago.

I have been having the same problem on all of my devices for a couple of days. Must constantly sign back in. Even if you keep the website open. Keep me signed in is not working.
