zzzzthank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I have been playing this game when i was just a boy and i know that i play on alternate basis, but that doesn't make me a person who can not get ads for life or booster, i do not find an issue, why are you not giving everyone the same benifits. What is the reason for this partiality?

Do you remember ever purchasing something in the game with real money? If so, then you're most probably blacklisted and will never get ads again unless King finally discontinue this practice.

Yes, I have baught gold once with real money. Don't you think that we should get the priority then, atleast we have made some purchase other than playing it for totally free.

As a matter of fact, I believe paying players should be rewarded, not punished. I totally don't understand why community managers keep ignoring this major issue. They've even disabled tagging on here as of today. Pretty sure they'll say it's a new platform bug but that's too naïve of an explanation.

It happened to me too my daughter paid for some gold bars and now I'm stuck on a level. I don't get booters, cinema, nor ads.
