This level is impossible with only 20 moves! I've been stuck for days. It's making me want to quit the whole game.

I will never pay to proceed, I am now so bored of the level that I am very close to just stopping. As you say - its not fun anymore.

Not to discourage - but just a head's up - King has drastically changed the difficulty of levels. Supports' responses suggest they want to push people to further exhaust their boosters, get people used to using boosters (or otherwise you can't pass the level), and that way, when you're used to using boosters and have finished them all up, you're more likely to buy them.
Just as an example, there are a few more really difficult levels (to say the least) - 12895 and 12904 as examples. I am really close to calling it quits. It's just not fun anymore.

Hi, I tried a few different addresses - but the on-line form seems to be the best fit. They do send almost an immediate response saying something like we've received your request and will get back to you, and then usually after that they send something saying they know there are hard levels and just try and try again. I had to be a bit more persistent with them, to get the bonus. I just kept replying, explaining I am not new to the game, and telling me to try and try again just doesn't cut it anymore.

Which email address do you use. When I use the on line form I get a bog standard reply every time
I'm on 12880 now - it has been changed about an hour ago, and seems very difficult but certainly doable now (last try - I was just 2 moves short of finishing it)

Thanks for info. I’ll try that. Otherwise, I need to quit this -I don’t need to add stress in my life-it had been helpful to me in hard times to have some relaxation…this is ridiculous to have this much stress in something that was enjoyable
Sorry but wait till you get to 12880 unless they increase the moved
I am also on this level. Have used 3 party poppers and doing my best not to use remaining 2 but I cannot see myself completing it without something. Just not enough moves as usual
I don't want to discourage you, but there's a stretch of those, and 12784 isn't the worst of them.
The worst one I've currently met is probably 12880.
If you read my earlier suggestion - I would recommend e-mailing them, and being persistent. Others and eventually myself received 5 party boosters, which get you through one or two of these nightmare levels.

Level 12784 absolutely impossible. Ridiculous. This game has become so awful.
same here. still trying to hold back from the party poppers but 12877 is impossible with 20 moves. videos show 30
Good luck, they've made the levels way too hard now. I'm not buying any more gold bars, I'm really fed up with it.
I am on 12877 with only 20 moves. This is looking like a stressful level. Might be a party popper to complete. They are now becoming a nightmare

What a sad situation - King decided that adding 5 moves will change this stage to possible. What a sad joke.
People used multiple party boosters and additional 35 moves. What will 5 more moves help ?
I thought it was 12874 you used party poppers. I used 2 for that level plus 35 extra moves. Stuck on 12876 but still have 3 poppers
No I completed 12871 and 12872 with party poppers. Wish I'd saved a couple too, should've known I'd be stuck again.

when I open candy crush the task bar comes up on the screen and does not go off I have to keep turning WiFi and mobile data off to play the game but when I go to the next turn the task bar comes up and does the same thing.

As shown in the picture, the screen gone grey and frozen when the lives are running out… no matter I restart the app or my phone.
it’s been months that my booster wheel doesn’t work. It keeps saying connection issue but my internet was fine. I could access everything in other apps. Recently, I was trying to use the gold brick to buy some boosters but it keeps loading forever and unable to show the purchase page.
