I don't think so. I've tried everything else though and figured I would give this a try. :-( It is sooo aggravating. Obviously, there is some kind of problem with their program since some people get the banners and others of us do not. I've done everything they recommended and nothing worked.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
I am not receiving my rewards
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
