I’ve cleared all the Jelly on 12988, but the game shows 2 more left to clear yet there aren’t any jelly’s left.
Is this a bug?
Its been fixed. There are no longer 2 jellies under the mixer. At least in the version I played. The puppet masters had their fun and decided to fix the level.
Used 7 lollipop hammers on closed mixer. Wasted all my boosters
12988 is impossible!!!
Been stuck for a week too. Developers have been informed apparently. Though they still haven't atteinte to fix it. Fish does not work as i finished clearing the jellies. Only central part left. Used gold bars that gave me 20 added moves. Fish exploded randomisée and never hit the central wheel. On youtube vidéo they use 1-2 pinatas or 3-4 lollipops to clear the wheel then Last jelly. Pure agony.
Last week was my first week, since i started playing in 2013, that I couldn't clear one level in the whole entire week.
King has lost the plot and unless we pay to pass these levels, they Will treat us like a piece of Chocolate sugar.
They are awful. I deeply share your frustration. Take à break and enjoy life. They don't care about us anymore.
I think it's terrible that a level should need fish to complete and there are no fish to be had. I've had about enough of this game that I can just walk away and not regret it one bit.
Since it has been acknowlegded that there was a glitch on 12988, surely all the loyal customers (not players as it is a paying service) Will be Reimbursed all their wasted gold bars, boosters etc?
Come on developers it's Xmas time. Open your hearts . Ha!
Under the brink?? Or the mixer thingy? I hope my phone malfunction and I receive 600 hours of boosters when I get close to reaching 12988,I'm still abit away...good luck! I wish I could send you boosters or gold bars to help
I am really struggling with level 12988. Stuck for days and have thrown all my boosters at it and used many gold bars for extra moves. So infuriating- almost at the point of giving up altogether

This is definitely a bug
For me too. It’s taking too long for them to fix this issue. A game should be fun and now it’s just boring. It used to be a challenge because there was skill required, now the algorithms are such that to win a level you have to buy boosters which I refuse to do for a free game.
This is probably the final straw for me. I figured out it was the manic dispenser but there is no friggin way I am going to pay for five lollipops. I am done feeding this addiction when it is such a ripoff.
I feel your pain. I’m not wasting anymore GBs or boosters on this level. Levels like this make it easier to walk away from the game. I have other games I can play.
Same here. 2 are still showing. Twice had to use extra moves and depleted my boosters. Contacted support and told me to follow usual version, close and turn off phone because it’s fixed. Well it’s not! Again more moves and boosters and same damn 2. I checked the videos and that the protected machine didn’t need to be cleared as others had completed it with it still there. Support/Eden also said they can’t do anything about my boosters as I know that’s a lie cuz I know for a fact this has been put on my account by support

Im experiencing the same problem. Purchased the black Friday special that starts the game with 2 boosters. Now I cant even use what i paid for because of the glitch in the game. I emailed them and they replied to send screen shots so I paid again for extra moves so i could show them the screen shots that no matter what you do, you cant move on. Im currently waiting for their reply back.
Hi there. It looks like you’re at the top tier of levels. The developers will usually make those levels easier in a few weeks

Is it me? How in earth do you finish? Get down to 4 spaces to clear but only have 2 on the board.
This is an unfair level. You need 6 lollipop crushers to break the machine. If you haven't any saved, it will cost you £.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list

What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
