Piggy Banks

For the second time ... I purchased my piggy bank of 60 gold bars and it said it was .99 cents.  When I purchased it, it came up as $2.99.  I assumed that it would discount it on the credit card.  It didn't.  I would like credit for $2.00 or 120 more gold bars.
