Why I cannot use my inventories?

Hi King Candy Crush Saga,

I feel that Candy Crush Saga does not a fairly designed game. I have 1 hour and 30 minutes of jellyfish and 30 minutes of coconut wheels as you can see, the timers keep going, but when I do the game, both are unable to use.

There are two problems here. First, the timers for Jellyfish and Coconut Wheel should not start if neither is available in the current game. Second, are there rules like jellyfish or coconut wheels on certain levels? I can't find any such regulations or explanations anywhere.

I strongly feel that this game is a scam, so without publishing gold bars or bundles no way to pass certain levels.

l look forward to hearing an understandable explanation otherwise I have to ask for a full refund that I spend the amount on this game.

If so, the Jellyfish and the Coconut Wheels of timers should not begin. Why King’s game waste my items?

King Candy Crush Saga game does not indicate Such a rule. It is a serious issue.

Can you explain this? The items are equivalent to 36 gold bars. Will you compensate for this waste?
