I can't be in the event top anymore

Hello everyone so my problem is every time I pass a level it shows that I passed one but after a few minutes it reset it and after I pass another level it says that I didn't pass any level it shows 0 so I don't know what's this issue or bug I tried to reinstall the game I tried an offline connection but it didn't fix the problem or bug even on PC it's the same please does anyone knoww about this annoying problem??

Im on the 5730 level but It just doesn't show on the leaderboard top of dosen't show whatever I pass a level it says 0 of maximum 1 but not 2 or 3 levels if I pass more.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

All levels should from now and on be saved correctly and you can continue from the correct level when returning to the game.

If your game did not automatically restore the lost levels, you will need to replay them

If you lost various played levels you can also reach out to Player Support HERE, so they can put you back on the level you should be on.

In case you used any purchased items on the levels that didn't get saved correctly becasue of this issue, Player Support will also be able to compensate for any lost purchases.
