Level moving backwards

Last week i was on level 1965, came back and was at 1865. So i played and moved up to 1869. Now i clearing my browsing history, cache, etc. and it put me back to 1865. Can anyone tell me why this keeps happening. I'm playing through facebook, my browser is up to date. It is so frustrating.

Hi Erin, have you tried logging out of Facebook and logging back in? Sometimes that's all that you need to do to get back to the current level. Please try that and if it doesn't work then I'll see if I can elevate this to a King Admin.

a few days ago I was on a level that is above 1660 (I can’t remember which level) but now I dropped back down. I knew I dropped levels because I remembered being excited to beat the level and now I’m stuck back on that level. It’s extremely difficult to beat and I used a lot of power ups to pass the level only to be back on it. I have logged out of my Facebook account and relogged back in yet I’m still on level 1660, any suggestions?

Unfortunately if this has happened if only a couple of levels then there is not much that can be done. As by the time customer support would have restored these for you you would probably have passed a lot more levels. averages 3-5 days to get a response.
