Have you tried restarting your device? Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa?

When was the last time you could log into your account? Has anything changed since - your phone, your phone's operating system, your Internet service provider, or have you just taken a long break from the game? Are you trying to log in through your Facebook account or King account? Tried the browser version on Facebook's website to see if you have an account at all?

Yesterday I posted a comment about how I was unable to login to my account on Soda Crush game and got the same no internet connection message. Today I’m able to login to Soda Crush but I’m getting the no internet connection on Candy Crush Saga. I don’t understand what’s happening. Can you please help me again?
When I play it states can not connect to App Store, but I can get into game via App Store and it states no internet connection, although my iPad has internet connection. I’m not receiving any prizes and I can’t give friends any lives/ prizes. Please help !!

If you have already followed all the above troubleshooting steps but still not getting the solution then you need to get the solution by reinstalling the app.
Note that uninstalling the app will cause you to lose all saved boosters and unsaved levels.

I have sent screenshots of the problem to the help section and my Id number but get no response.
I’ve been playing for 7 years and don’t want to start from the beginning…
If you have a game account (playing via Facebook or through a King account), your progress and gold bars (and friends) are backed up on the game server, provided you are logged in. That's why reinstalling will not lead to losing your progress. However, you will lose your boosters (and stored lives), so don't do it unless you don't have boosters or there is no other solution.
Were you able to connect to the store in the past on the same device (your iPad)? Make sure you're logged into your Apple account on that device.
What help section are you referring to, btw?
I have been using the same iPad and have never had problems with connecting in the past. I’m concerned that I’m not logged in because it won’t let me know…. Cos it can’t connect to the internet. However I can play the game and progress…. All very weird. Do you think it’ll be ok?

Game can be played offline, so that's no indication of anything.
What do you see on the first screen after you launch the game? Are you logged in through a Facebook account or a King account? Do you see your progress here? https://apps.facebook.com/candycrush/
When was the last time you remember you could connect to the store? Has anything changed since then - software update or something?
Can you check your data settings for Candy Crush? I don't know what it's called in iOS but in Android it's called networked apps.
Let me ask you again though - are you logged into your Apple account on your tablet?
