What exactly is the matter - you can't buy stuff with real money and/or can't use your gold bars for extra moves and boosters?
When was the last time you could connect to the game store?
Has anything changed since then - your phone, your phone's operating system or whatever device you're playing on?
What is your country of residence?
Are you logged into your Google/Apple account? Easiest way to check is by opening the respective app store (Play Store if you're an Android user) and make sure you're logged into your account.
Can you see ads (for Sweet Cinema, for extra moves etc)? If you can, then bear in mind that making a real money purchase will put you in a blacklist and no ads will appear for you anymore.

why has my piggy bank option disappeared?
when I logged in I got a pop-up saying I’d won boosters, this was followed by a pop-up saying I’d won 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive them. Anybody know what these were about?
