Why aren't names showing anymore please?

Since last Wednesday's release (Nov. 30th) my friends names don't show anymore. It just says "Player" with everyone, through the Win10-app as well as through FB. What happened? And why is it that @kiara_wael her profile-pic does have an updated banner (although it's not 13000), but loads of people can't have it?

Yes, I know the banner was explained, I just think it's weird. It was Sukanta Biswas who somehow managed to retrieve his Fantastic 5-feature in his game when nobody else could. And now it's you showing a 12000-banner. Coincedence? Or because you're both on King's side? I just don't get it, sorry...

Have you heard anything @kiara_wael? The names still don't show. Not when playing through the app, and not playing through FaceBook. But you know what the weird thing is? The names do show if I have a look at my Friendslist, they just refuse to show to me at the scores. It's always "Player", except my own name. Something weird is happening inside the game.

I am also having the issue with player names not showing. For the past 2-3 weeks now, the pics/profile photo are those of my friends list but the names alternate between Oyuncu or Player. The name in 4th place is again Oyuncu (different profile pic to the first), then it's back to Player again... and it carries on that way till the end of the list. I have cleared cache and have the latest update (I only play on my Android phone). Please sort this out. Thank you.
