Obviously getting this far into the game, I am usually able to see how to win the level, even if I have to play it a hundred times to pass it; however, I am completely boggled at this one. I have played for hours to no avail! Help! Any hints?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
