So, since I do not have a phone that has Google Services, I literally CANNOT spend gold bars on my phone. The only way I can spend them is via computer, and the boosters don't transfer from one device to the other.
On my phone I don't ever get any ads, even though it shows the Sweet Cinema (it always says "no ads at the moment, come back later").
So how does one get boosters on their phone (excluding the dailies)? No ads, no way to spend the gold bars. (I understand that I can't buy them with real money, but at least I'd like to spend my in-game currency).
I hope this gets talked about and solved because it really makes me sad that I've spent so many years on this game and now I can't play it like I used to. Thanks for reading! Have a nice day.

This is very inconvenient and I totally empathise. Rest assured, you're not the only iOS player out there. Your not being able to utilise your gold bars has nothing to do with your device, generally speaking. It is a technical issue anyone could experience under the right circumstances.
What level are you at? Is your progressed the same on PC and on your phone? How do you sync it - via Facebook profile or King account? When was the last time you could spend your gold bars? Have you always used the same device? Have you tried using another data connection when playing on your phone - switching from mobile to wi-fi and vice versa? How about using another iOS device (another household member's phone for example)? Last but not least, are you logged into your Apple Store account on your phone (open the app store and see if you're logged in; not sure how it works for you)?
The fact that you see Sweet Cinema means you have (had) ads (in the past) or should have them anyway. If you want to keep it that way, I'd advise you to not make any real money purchases in-game, otherwise you will lose ads and features that depend on them to work (Cinema, extra moves upon failing etc.).
I'd appreciate answering as many questions as possible. Also, lovely punctuation for a change! 😅

Thanks for answering on such a short notice.
I don't have an iOS device, but rather a Huawei, which doesn't come with the Google Play Store, so I had to download the app via ApkPure.
Levels are syncing correctly between my PC and phone, I'm logged in via Facebook. I believe there is no wi-fi or data issue (when I open the app, the Facebook profile picture loads normally, I'm basing my answer on that).
In the past, with my other phones that had Google Services, I had no problem using up the gold bars or watching ads. When I swapped my phone there were ads in the beginning, but that time is long gone now and now there aren't any.

Oh, I assumed you had an iOS device, I'm sorry. I'm also a Huawei user (based in Bulgaria, Europe) but my phone is rather old now (Mate 8, bought in 2017). Didn't realise the matter had gone as deep as the US forcing Huawei to stop using Android. 😲
Regardless, you shouldn't be having this problem. iOS users also don't have Google services, yet they can access the app store. That's really weird. I guess it's King's fault for not supporting other stores or whatever the root of the issue actually is. Maybe @QueenB could explain why Huawei users cannot use their in-game currency. 🤔
Are you logged into your Huawei account into the App Gallery, btw?

Once you've managed to restore access to the app store and started using your gold bars, should your ads become available once again, unless you make a real money purchase and get blacklisted, as ridiculous as it sounds.

Do you remember taking any of the in-game offers (special sales) recently? Unfortunately and quite astonishingly, using real money leads to your adverts not functioning anymore for as long as a year and a half, according to other players.

Yeah I've tried methods that are the same as these ones you linked, but because of the virtual environment those apps create, my phone battery died really fast. I'm talking from 100% to 10% in 6 hours with occasional use (if you don't let the app run in the background, you won't receive notifications). Normally, I have to charge my phone once a day.
So yeah, I'd really appreciate it if there was something King could do about it.
P.S. to finally answer your question 😅: yes, I am logged into the App Gallery. I'm from Slovenia😄

I'm afraid there is no solution for your issue. It is known though but it doesn't seem King are taking it into account. @QueenB is ignoring the matter.
