Hi @Kerrie it's good you're still soldiering on. Out of interest did you have your episode race removed recently and now got it back. I haven't had one for weeks, have slowed down considerably as at least 12 levels in each episode requires extra moves and I'm not going to keep using my dwindling supply of gold. Now on my 4th episode without the race and possibility of getting a few gold bars.
On another issue are you able to tag on this new system as I still can't.
I don't think Alienscar has disappeared, it's possibly just, what is there to comment on. It's all the same now, me included, asking about the episode race, banners not updating, impossible levels, no ads, no one taking any notice etc, etc. I appreciate it's been Christmas and King probably haven't had any white board, tea, coffee, biscuit meetings for a while, to discuss the mess CCS is in. Probably more pass another beer/wine and croissant. Hopefully they'll get back to their normal meetings soon and start giving us some answers. My main gripe is the episode race, they need to make it permanent or look to see how impossible they have made the levels, and give proper answers to all the other problems/questions players are bothering to ask about.
Hope someone from King also reads this.

I was at final stage with first position yesterday and believe that I will be the winner according to leaderboard (50% margin with 2nd position) when there were 10 hrs left.
But today I am not able to see winter cup and its leaderboard.
I played old level too, waited to load winter cup and visited app again, but not shown anything related to winter cup.
I think my time spent on game in last 15 says just wasted

I did go back and replayed 3309 quite a lot of times. Whereas it is entirely possible to get 10000 blue candies, you will not get anywhere near that most of the times. More like around 1000 most times. And if you want to get to the extremely high scores mentioned above you will need to score consistently very high. In my own group I saw two persons consistently scoring around 5000 per minute over a longer period of time. I just don't think its possible to make progress at that pace without cheating.

I made it to the finalist round and never got these! This must be the goodies that were earned by making each round? Ugh. I'm peeved computers are glitchy and I didn't receive anything besides a big headache and hours and hours lost and tons of gold bars spent on boosters and unlimited lives to stay in the running.

Hi @Carol-38 I haven't had any issues with the episode race, yet.đ€ I never had the weekly race in one though.
Unfortunately I can't tag anymore either since the change. I'm still required to hit refresh all the time and have the double screen issue after posting. I hate all changesđ€Ź except the page up and new post buttons that are huge and in the way on Android.
I feel Candy Crush Saga has really gone downhill lately.đ I'm only playing now because of the contest and will probably stop again when it's done.
I wonder how many people stopped playing in the last 6 months. Evidently not enough for them to make any effort to figure out why.đ€·
