Gold bar reset

Hello team,

My name is Nico and I am on level 5933 at Candy Crush. I have recently connected to my Facebook profile in order to save the progress and my gold bars went from 148 to 6. Can you please have a look at that?

Also, there are no ads playing for extra moves or other rewards. I have validated with another Candy Crush user on a similar level and they confirmed they ads are displayed within our area.

Were you not logged into your game account via Facebook already? I find it hard to believe you passed nearly 6,000 levels without ever signing in to save your progress.

You're more likely to not get help from Support about your gold bars unless you can prove that some of them disappeared without you doing anything. They'll probably say you bought something, as per other players' reports.

Regarding ads - some people never get them, especially those using the browser version through Facebook's website because it's bugged, while others lose them after making a purchase with real money. Those who get them are supposedly part of a test group which sounds ridiculous but that's their usual excuse when someone complains.
