Box rewards missing?

I completed the silver box reward and didn't get the free 30 minutes gameplay I was supposed to get from it. I continued to the gold box and the same thing happened, no free play reward was given, this time it was missing the one hour reward. What gives?

    Thank you for the feedback. If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.

    The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

    They’re testing a different chocolate box where all you get are timed rewards for completing each box. And they have removed the 30 & 60 minutes of unlimited play from the silver & gold ones. You’re one of the unfortunate players who has to suffer with it.

    A truly terrible idea.

    I am one of the unfortunates. It AWFUL. What is the point? Five minutes of boosters is zero incentive.
