Hi all, has anyone else lost the use of Sweet Cinema? I no longer get the option of watching adds to get boosters. Thanks James.

Anyhow, may I suggest you tried a VPN? From my experience, it works wonders with Sweet Cinema in particular. Otherwise I've no idea why your ads are not coming through, assuming nothing's changed in your circumstances. I've also noticed ad supply has been fluctuating lately but it's often for 1 day tops.

In case you haven't done the Pot of Gold qualification stage, just repeat level 1000 and you'll be done in no time.

Itās since Christmas and the gold bar give away. Iām in Uk and use iPhone as always have and have tried logging out and back in.

You no longer see Sweet Cinema in your events or you're just not getting ads for it? š¤
It does seem ads have been misbehaving recently but I still got enough (9) for a full Cinema board when I last checked 4 days ago.
What is your country of residence? What device are you using?
Btw, bear in mind ad features are interconnected - if you use too many on Cinema, you will have none for post-level help and vice-versa. Strangely, if you see no ads are coming at all after starting the game, just restart it and wait a few seconds.
Iām only able to get about 2 or 3 turns of the Sweet Cinema, extra boosters at the beginning of the games, and extra moves at the end of the game per day. I used to have almost more than I could use in a day. It has changed so much since Christmas.
Ok thanks, but I have had those ads for over 5600 games so weird they stopped over Christmas.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
