Actual play level is not updating in android mobile and Facebook

Currently I am playing in the level of 2190 in my Android mobile. But whenever I open the game in my mobile it takes me directly to the level of 1926. It is not get updated . Also in Facebook my playing level is showing as 2138. I am frequently updating the game via playstore. Pl. sort out this issue in both Android mobile and in Facebook.

Are you clearing out the history daily on your mobile device? That's very important, even more than updating the game. Make sure that your history is clear and then log out of Facebook and log back in. After doing that it should be back at your current level because Facebook saves your progress. If it's still not working please let me know and send me print screens here so I can address it further.

I will elevate this to a King Admin and maybe she can get your level back.

@R Guna in our system the account linked to your King Care profile shows level 2138. I think it is likely that you are playing connected to different accounts.
Do you perhaps have Kingdom logged in on one profile or more than one Facebook account?
