Please follow these steps. Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please empty the cache and restart.
Play the level and then it may be gone.

On levels where you see that message, this is normal; therefore no troubleshooting required.
No boosters are allowed at the start; so even if you lose the level, you keep the streak.
And whenever you reach the next level without that message, it's back to normal...
Figures.. won 3 in a row that did not affect my winning streak. The first level that DOES affect the streak, I lose.

Those are the breaks, sometimes...
If it doesn’t effect your win streak thereby not going towards anything (and are basically useless) these levels should not require us to use our lives, boosters, or gold bars to complete them!
Normally, I'd agree but these levels are still part of your Episode Race, as well as could be part of a Candy Royale run. On a broader point, they also add up to your Weekly Contest count.
Thing is using start-up boosters makes these levels too easy. However, in-level boosters could still be used. They are often used to introduce a new type of item to the board such as the frog, chained blockers etc.
