Hi, as of last week i keep getting a connection error. i cant get any daily prizes anymore or win gold bars in the race etc. i think i have to clear my cache but so far i cant seem to do it. Im on level 13,100 so dont want to lose my levels. Any help would be appreciated....Jackie x

If it's still not worked from above steps, how about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊
I think uninstall and then reinstall steps then must allow the confirmation message to show for the software to register it is the best solve problem that I hope nothing this happens too.
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your Facebook or Kingdom Account connected.

The issue is, I have been playing on my computer when I created my account. I can't even log in on my computer due to no connection issue, so there is no way to log out. And because I can't log in, I can't save my game to play on other devices. I am worried if I uninstall on the computer, I will loose all progress.
