No gold bars

After reinstalling the game disappeared my gold bars, and no longer appear in any form. I do not buy them as a matter of principle. Reinstalled the application again, cleaned the cache, memory. Played from my account and as a guest - nothing, no gold

Did you actually have a game account before? I mean, were you logged in through your Facebook account or your King account at all times? If so, are only your gold bars missing? Do you have screenshots before and after?

In case your game was indeed linked to your Facebook account, have you checked the browser version of the game (must open it on a computer/device that supports it)?

Why did you need to reinstall the game, btw? 🤔 This way you lose your boosters (and extra lives), guaranteed. Gold bars should've been saved on the game server though.

What device are you using?

As advised above, you should report the incident to Support. You can also do it from inside the game app - just open settings -> question mark -> open any popular topic or subtopic -> scroll down to the bottom and press "contact us".
