I wanted to update my brother's phone and to make sure he didn't lose his levels on Candy Crush, I connected with my Facebook account (as recommended on several websites and forums). But then all his levels disappeared and now he has to start back on level 0! I tried recovering the levels with his email address, but it always says "no account found for email". Could it be he played without signing in? And if it is ossible, how can I recover his levels? I also don't have his game ID number, and I don't know where I could find it? Would it be the same as the ID before I connected with Facebook? he had a high level (in the 165's I think) and played for years, it would really be sad if he lost everything! Can you please help me?????
