A few weeks ago I won the steak round but dogs not receive my rewards. It just disappeared.

It's not unheard of for Sam's Streak to disappear. Special events are prone to disappearing when, for whatever reason, you change your phone's time. So make sure you don't do that while there's an ongoing competition.
If you believe you've experienced a bug, you should report it to Support. If you have some screenshots, they could come in handy. Tell them your game ID as well.
