Today my game crashed and afterwards I lost ALL - every single one - of my boosters! I've been playing for ages now and had tons of boosters. I did not change my device! Can you help please?
Also, since this happened, I don't get offers for extra moves by watching adds. How do I get that back?

What you're referring to is another topic. There are a few levels here and there where new functionality (frog at level 531 for example, as well as various blockers) is being introduced. They are generally not too hard without start-up boosters, so you can get familiar with the new thing.
The only thing I really don't like about these levels is the fact that playing them doesn't stop the timer on start-up boosters. It's unfair.

irritating when have won boosters. Then suddenly I'm seeing blanks where I should usually be able to choose the boosters. it is also applying that to the time boosters I've won and not allowing it to be applied to the game. have closed and reopened the number of times coming back in in the same thing that message and then a message saying that this is not going to count towards your winning streak... I do make the occasional purchase but I like to take advantage of completing the candy boxes and sharing lives with other people. if this is intentionally some kind of new development to get people to buy more not going to work in my case. if that is what is occurring I played this game too long then and you don't need my money anymore., further I will make a point to play games somewhere other than Kings as I'm not fond of bait and switch tactics. and frankly if that is the case it shows a change in you guys that you are becoming horrifically ignorant to lose a loyal client base and almost stupidly loyal client base that for very little input on your end returns on your investment from months or even years ago. disappointed and just a waste of time to go running through the thing to try to find information on it through your site very disappointing
Not that I'm aware of. You could send a ticket to Support but that's about it.
I'm afraid so. Boosters are stored locally and could therefore be lost. Support would normally only restore boosters that were purchased with real money or perhaps when the loss was caused by the devs.
Any way to chat with actual support?

I'm afraid this can't be undone. It sounds like your device has deleted app data on its own, which caused the loss of boosters. If you weren't logged in with a Facebook or King account, you would've lost your progress too. Do you happen to be low on free space? Did the game just crash while you were playing or was the device left unattended?
