It should have been 16 +40 gold. I had earned the third level with 14000 points
I only got 16 +10 gold

I used the contact Us link at the bottom of this page just under the King logo. I was told to wait until days end to see if the gold bars are credited to my profile before contacting them again tomorrow if they are not there.
