I Purchased one hour life.... After that this sweet Cinema is missing...
Can you tell me why is this happening?

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by in-game features/events (also contests) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉

Same for me. Purchased, and after just stopped ads. After every question they telling same that it can be problems with ads, they are not permanent and etc. But they do not say true. They stopped ads because you (and me) purchased boosters for real money. This is the answer.
For me is same. 3 days ago purchased a booster and after this No more ads or sweet cinema. Not nice from their side. Will stop playing then this game.

I'm afraid you're blacklisted now. It's a very old bug/strategy for punishing paying players. I totally don't understand why the developers refuse to fix/change that when it's clearly driving players away.
Anyhow, I've so far seen 2 reports from people who had lost ads just like you and then seen them return - first person said ads returned 1.5 years later, while the second person said they took a 4-month break and ads were back when they returned to the game.

Thank you for the feedback . The features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
