Is it true that you can only pass levels 5000+ using boosters?

I can also assure you that this is not true. Obviously the boosters help a lot in some levels, even before 5000, but all levels are created to be able to overcome them without boosters.

@RUIZ98 Hi and welcome, This is not true, you can search for video on youtube for nearly all the levels and will see most of them done without boosters. They can help on certain levels with passing levels quicker but if you have patience nearly all can be done without boosters

Boosters really help in beating the Level in less or within the allotted moves but I am sure that every Level was tested to be completed without Boosters.

No, Level 5000 works without a booster, there have already been competitions with this Level in the community. I've played it more than 50 times without a booster, it's easy
There are some levels over 5000 these are very, very difficult without a booster and take a while, but these are often simplified a little after complaints
