I was playing (leading in semi finals) in the gold bar cup and in the middle of playing my event disappeared. I have contacted king and rec’d a form letter. I asked them to elevate my issue and received another form letter. I am very frustrated with the response and the lack of any help. I have tried all the usual suggestions and my progress is still lost. I am ready to delete my game!

My Winter Cup also disappeared during the quarterfinals. Luckily, it seems I remained in top 3 because it reappeared when the countdown to the next stage started, then I got the pop-up congratulating me that I passed.
I'm not too sure why but it seemed that accidentally changing your clock could make the Cup icon disappear.
What level are you at, btw?

Edit: I didn't check before but the Cup is also visible on the browser version for me. And my score is synced too, as expected. Although the browser version is bugged (and therefore has no ads), you could check if it shows up for you too. Try doing any older level to refresh the Events tab if it's empty at first, then refresh the browser tab to reload the game. Good luck!

Thank you for your reply and suggestions. I doubt I will qualify bc it was not close enough to the end time. In fact there is still 14 hours until this round ends. The browser suggestion wont work bc I don’t use fb.
I did hear back that they can’t do anything “but would let the appropriate people know”. Which is totally not helpful.

Im not sure about the times. I got out also. The game stopped and some later the resultaten came, with "the disappointing" message. Offcourse i dont know what happend on your account, but i really did not experianced something werd. Again i dont know the times....
About "the appropiate People", i dont know... I know there are several departements. So (for example) you give your feedback on the forum, the CM have to pass it on to the developers. May not be helpfull, but the only thing CM can do.
Yeah! I heard. The new levels are a nightmare.... I'm not there yet, but if i cant pass a level, i'll play another game.
