Lost ALL my boosters and a few levels when I logged my game into Facebook, how do I get them back?

I only play Candy Crush on my phone. The booster wheel suddenly wouldn't function and told me it had lost the connection with Facebook (even though I don't keep my game connected to Facebook). So I tried connecting it and not only lost 3 or 4 levels but also lost hundreds of boosters I had been collecting to have available in the higher levels and the few gold coins I had. I would really like these things back.

Hi Katie, sorry for the delay in responding. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.

What I can try to do is to elevate this to a King Admin that might be of some help to you but you need to be connected to Facebook or the Kingdom in the future otherwise your levels won't be saved. Also you cannot accumulate your boosters for future use, as I wrote above but I will see if I can get a King Admin to help you.
