How do you know you were the winner? When did you last see the leaderboard? How long after the end of the round did you log in?
There are players out there whose event keeps disappearing or resetting, which means no reward is received. Is it possible the same happened to you?

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
