They disappeared as in the box shows up when I click on a level but the little bubbles are blank?? I’ve logged out logged in a 100 different times and I restarted my phone deleted the app and downloaded again… I don’t get it!
They've overdone it indeed. 6 levels in a row is a bit too much. Rest assured next level is alright. 👌
Feel free to write to Support though - maybe they'll give you another timed booster to make up for the one you couldn't use.
As for why you're not getting hearts - not every level has pink candies. Also, you gotta clear the level. A screenshot would've helped.

How long does this last because I'm on level 5681 and keep playing levels and it is not adding my hearts I collected. I can still watch adds for a booster. Whatever this is, it's not good!! And I lost a gift of 30 minute color bomb🤬🤬
I lost them before I deleted it I was trying things people were telling me to do to get them back

On the forum, your status is defined by your activity. So it doesn't matter that you registered over a year ago.
Anyway. Poor soul... 😔 Even if you had boosters before, they are now gone for real. You shouldn't have reinstalled the game. This wipes off your boosters.
The level you've come across simply doesn't allow start-up boosters to be used. Nothing more, nothing less. You're even told that your win streak will not be affected. Obviously, there's something special about the level, and your boosters are OK. You could've opened your inventory/profile and seen they were still there. It was just not possible to use them at the start. The other boosters, however, could still be used once the level started.
You'll get the ability to use start-up boosters pretty soon. These levels often come in groups of 2-4. I'm afraid you won't have boosters to use for the time-being, since you've deleted the game.

There are some levels in the game where it is not possible to choose the boosters at the beginning. This could happen because the board is full of blockers and there is no room for other boosters or when a new feature is introduced. Don't worry! In the next level the boosters will return.
Also says I’m new when I’m on level 4600 which seems odd lol

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
