Lost Progress

Just got a new iPhone 8. I did not utilize Facebook to sync my progress. When I restored the backup, I was back at level 1. I was on or around level 360 before the restore. Is there anyway to get this back? No way I am going through all of that again.

Yes, I have created an account in Facebook. Unfortunately it has me starting all over. Is there anyway to fix this and get back to level 360?

Hi David, Were you not playing with Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress? I can elevate this to a King Admin but she won't be back in the office until next Tuesday because it's a holiday weekend. Please make sure, that in the future you play through either Facebook or the Kingdom otherwise it will happen again which can happen with a game update, an IOS update or any glitch for that matter.
