Gold bars from competition - still don't have

I have yet to get the gold bars I was supposed to on Februray 1. When I use contact us, the reply is go to discussion, not sure how that is going to help me. I just want my gold bars, but customer service doesn't seem to exist.

Is anyone else still missing their gold bars?

I'm sorry you are having the same problem. I'm done with King games for awhile, which is unfortunate as I like their games...but if they can't honor their contests then clearly they don't need me to continue to play.
