I have a mailbox that is greyed out, and cannot receive lives from my friends. I've checked my app settings in Facebook and can't find anything that would make this occur. The mailbox is greyed out on both my iPhone and iPad.
From your first picture that is what mine looks like on my computer. It is gray until you click on it and then it should open with all your lives. Have you clicked on it yet and have you seen the extra lives that you received?

@Laura I am very sorry about this, I can see that another player contacted us about this problem too, so it is possible that this is a problem our side. I have passed this on to our game studio to investigate.

Hi Laura, I am able to access my messages here on a laptop so I am going to post this message in my Superstars group to see if they have seen this with the other King games. The King Admin will be back in the office on Tuesday so she will also see this message and perhaps she knows what is going on. I'll keep an eye on this message and get back to you, hopefully, with a resolution.
Hi Laura thanks for responding. I am not on my computer now and won’t be until Tuesday but I will try to find out if others are having this problem because I never saw it before. Hang in and together we can try to find out how it can be resolved. I will get back to you or someone will by Tuesday.
Oops, I pressed on "this solved my question" instead of "answer this question". Please mark this question back to unsolved. You said that yours looks like the 1st picture, and that when you click on the grey mailbox it opens up with your lives. You asked me to try mine, which looks like the 2nd picture right now. When I select it, nothing happens as usual. When mine looked like the 1st picture, nothing happened when I selected it either - the numerous times I tried.
Hi Laura, to upload the print screen here, do you see the green button that says "ANSWER THIS QUESTION" and do you see the 3 icons showing just above a blank area where you will be typing your response? You would click on the middle icon and that's to upload a picture. Click on it and it should open up where your pictures are stored. Click to open that picture and it should upload it here.
Sorry for the delay on my part as well. I tried what you suggested on both my devices, but it didn’t work. I’m assuming by clearing the history, you mean swipe away all the open programs. I went a step further though, and cleared the web history as well. I took a screen shot, but I’m not sure how to upload it here.
Hi Laura, sorry for the delay in responding. Have you been clearing out the history on your mobile devices? Try to clear the history first and then please shut down both devices, wait 10 seconds and then reopen it again. Open the game and then log out of Facebook and log back in. It should work for you, but if it doesn't please write back and upload a print screen because this might be a new glitch that needs to be reported to King.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
