Error buying gold pass unlock but paid

I purchased a gold pass unlock, but the money was paid and not purchased.
I was almost in the last tier and tried to reach the final tier freely for an hour before the end of season, but only the money was paid and i didn't get the season apss prize.
Meanwhile, the season event is over, i checked through internet banking just in case, and the money was definitely paid.
The season is over and i want a refund.

I have just paid to unlock gold pass and didnt receive anything. Apparently you still have to pass the levels which is misleading as i was thinking i was going to receive 11 party poppers plus all the other stuff. I have sent message and all i have got is 2 hours free lives. Not buying anything else
