Hi good nighti have experienced the same problem starting today at around 6 am. I finished the episode race and was to collect the gold bars but it was never added to my existing gold bars. I played again won 30 the second time around and still no gd bars. I also played a candy royale and won all nine games in a row and won 72 gold bars and to my surprise I didnt receive any again. Looking forward to a solution to this problem speedily and hopefully to receive the gold bars outstanding to me.Thanka

Hi I am playing Candy Crush Saga, Did not receive 25 Gold Bars, issue began March 1,2023 after winning episode race

This started today. I do not know what version I am on unless you mean iOS 16.4. I didnโt get an error message but istead when I was on 6380 the place I was in no longer appeared and when I select the goal post it says I would begin the next race after completing 6381. I was in first place by a landslide and then it went away. I now on 6381. I have not finished it yet.

I started having this issue today around 1pm EST. Game version is 1.247.0.2. I haven't had this happen in a long time. I still have not received the gold bars and am now in the champions race. Thanks!
