I have the same problem. I wrote mamy Times to support but nobody answered, I be sended authomatic emails. It's flustrating.

I just completed level 13250 but didn't receive my 45 gold bars for this. I already reported the same issue once but it's not resolved till now. Can you please look into this and credited the missing gold bars

I have not received my winnings twice. That is 90 bars in total, for being first two times in a row. The last time I was first I just received the 45 bars for that time. However, I still have not received the bars from the previous two times that I won today.
