Just finished an episode race (ended with level 10325) and did not receive my 45 gold bars. I first had this problem today (3/1/23) and am connected through Facebook. Please send them - I spend way too much money to be LOSING rightfully won rewards. I’m updated on IOS to the latest version (1.246.0.1) and my

It’s happened for the last 2 days …
when I start to play it says I need to complete that section to start a new race, but I was winning the race yesterday when I stopped playing?!
really work hard to get those gold bars!!
also would love to Use more than 20 Lives a day!!
Their team believe that as of yesterday evening, the Episode Race should be working as normal. If you have played or started a new race today, please let them know here if you are now getting the Gold bars.
This means that if you complete the Race today, you should be getting your Gold bars as the issue should be fixed.
UPDATE!
This issue is still under investigation, therefore their Player Support team is only able to register your report but not able to compensate your missing Episode Race reward.
They understand that this is not ideal and that you have been told to get in touch before, but as this is still under investigation, they will keep you up to date once we know more.

Yes, I have the issue as well, stated two days ago. Not sure what version I am on, no error message it just did not show up and it did not say I won the race but I see now I have a win streak of 4 episodes but no gold bars. I still have not received the reward. Thx, Mike
